The direct subject matter of the videos was not offensive by nature, but D'Amato was throwing around racial slurs, offensive words in the descriptions of the videos. He had even violated the privacy of over 50 models who gave their name and contact information in audition tapes. This is just another way that it is obvious that David P. D'Amato will stop at nothing when he decides he wants to strike out and hurt innocent people, and then come up with a delusional reason in his head why he should be allowed to do it.

HATS OFF to youtube.com for striking back and protecting the many innocent models and removing them from their site. We are sure that D'Amato will be putting them up again, but we will be ready... of course.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
THE CALLED CALL HOME
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

David D'Amato tried a round of phone blasting for a couple of days straight earlier this week. We did not want publish it yet until we had something to actually report. The phone blasting was successfully stopped by ... guess who? .... DADDY D'AMATO. In a previous issue of the Alliance Newsletter we advised the victims of David D'Amato and his phone blaster to write in. About 20 of you did, we gave the information to three of you where to call to complain about the phone calls, and who was doing it - we also provided you with the cameraphone photo taken on March 22, 2006 of a fat f*ck at a computer terminal appearing to be looking at a Yahoo! site - just to reinforce your proof if you needed it. It looks like it worked. Congratulations to the members who had the courage to speak out and help prevent David D'Amato and his cyber-terrorism from continuing.

We are absolutely sure that David D'Amato is actually a reader to this publication. So watch out for those calls! Be ready to call daddy again... and again... just as much as D'Amato junior has called you. I am sure that the calls bring back fond memories of him being in that courtroom while his son slithered up to the bench to apologize to all his victims. Daddy is probably thinking, "Oh my God, not this sh*t all over again!"

So David D'Amato -- the Alliance still exist and we will not put up with the likes of you anymore. We know your tactics, the fearful have left and the strong remain and are poised for victory.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
NET VS. NET -- THE POT CALLING THE KETTLE BLACK
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Today, David D'Amato has made it apparent that he does not like this publication being out here. He tried to get the domain cancelled, it was ignored and basically considered frivilous by the powers-that-be. In fact, I would like to extend a public thank you to the member of the Alliance who shared this exciting information with us. Before we get to the Rants of D'Amato, I would like to share the story of TickleFilms.net -- this story shows that David D'Amato truly understands the definition of hypocrisy and lives it day to day...

Today it looks like D'Amato got mad at having this site up. But he sure didn't care about my concerns when he registered the name TickleFilms.net, this is obvious in the message sent from a created TickleFilms address (Ticklish Guys Casting - Productions (ticklefilms@gmail.com), sent to me on Mon 2006.1.2 23:41
(January 1, 2006 -.ed) with the subject of, "For your information, re: TickleFilms.NET is out of the realm of dispute," and the body of the message said, "Hi. TickleFilms.NET, within 24-48 hours, will reflect its new registration with BNAMED.NET, as opposed to Dotster, in the Netherlands, placing anything to do with it out of United States jurisdiction. Additionally, as the tecchie stuff below will verify. TickleFilms.NET is now hosted on NEDERLANDS.NEDERDIETSEN.COM, a dedicated server physically located within the Netherlands Kingdom..."

This was followed by a internet routing sequence that showed that the domain was hosted elsewhere with Bnamed.net domain company, instead of the US company we filed a complaint with regarding the photos that belong to TickleFilms.com on ticklefilms.net, the site owned by David D'Amato.

At this time I decided to create the Google Blogs, their purpose was still undetermined at the moment. They just contained a general warning about ticklefilms.net and David D'Amato. A couple of days later, I received the following message dated Wed, 4 Jan 2006 13:09:19 -0500. David D'Amato wrote, having the nerve to send it from "Tickle Films - New York" (ticklefilms@gmail.com)" and said, "I saw the Google Blogs; not many people seem interested. However, the "spirit" of the contents suggest that you are looking for a permanent escalation. Rest assured, the sort of "nuclear" combat that you are seeking will be more than reciprocated, but in a meaningful way."

The Google Blogs that he is referring to is TicklishGuysCasting,TicklishGuysOnline and TickleFilms. Each of those blogs tell some portion of the truth about what was going on at the time. The TicklishGuysCasting was later selected to house the News of the Alliance. That meaningful way David D'Amato was referring to was to make use of his voice blaster telephonic harassment system.

I was doing a routine check of TickleFilms.net on January 5th and found the domain to be non-functional and I wrote the following message to David D'Amato, "I have discovered an act of good faith that was done by you. I was unaware until a few seconds ago. I see that you are routing ticklefilms.NET to "nowhere." This is considered a great act of good faith....," and I went on to detail that peace was indeed possible.

The the truth became apparent with the next message sent on Thu, 5 Jan 2006 12:30:23 -0500 in response to my message above. Again it was written from another TickleFilms address which was listed on the email as, "From: "TGC - NY" (ticklefilms@gmail.com)," with the subject of, "Bad intelligence, I'm afraid. You have mistaken "stand down" for SIDN set-up" and the body of it said... "FYI. Regretfully, what you noticed was momentary downtime that was necessitated by the arrival and activation of the domain, TICKLEFILMS.NET, within the jurisdiction of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. The domain is no longer a subject for dispute within the USA. Told ya so :-) Remember the words of J.V. Stalin (sent yesterday...), "Not one step backward. I shall review and answer earlier e-mails sent to this address shortly.

At this point, the only remaining grievance that I have would concern the Google Blog; again, it is a concern of spirit, not a defacto nature. I am still waiting for arrival of the means to initiate my first decisive action. Remember, under New York and Federal laws, subpoenas for information, upon the request of a US Attorney's Office or that of a New York District Attorney's Office, may remain legally sealed until and unless action is taken toward civil indemnification or the filing of charges."

David D'Amato is back at that ADA fiction and trying to hint that a subpoena is headed my way. Never happened, wasn't real. It was just another David D'Amato ploy but it does tells us one thing... David D'Amato sure is worried about the Google Blogs...

This is further evident in the following email sent on Thu, 5 Jan 2006 17:14:54 -0500 David D'Amato wrote in again mocking us with yet another TickleFilms domain address, "From: "Administrator - Ticklish Guys Casting \(USA\)" (admin@ticklefilms.us)" and said,"My interests are merely twofold:

1.) The Google nonsense disappears by your own volition.

2.) TickleFilms.com is yours; TickleFilms.net and all the others are mine. These domains will point to TicklishGuysCasting.com. The domains are all now completely under the jurisdiction of the parent registrar, ICANN, and the respective nations that are indicated by the TLD, to the extent that they care. USA jurisdiction is absolutely ended. WHOIS ticklefilms.net and you will see that. Too little, too late, at Dotster. Do you think I'd tip my hand if any of the cards that I am holding could be trumped? Not this player. Remember our previous dealings; I have a 100% history of absolute transactional integrity. You seem to have forgotten that. I really have no other goals. TickleFilms.net has just had its IP addresses and three nameservers reconfigured; if the domain is down, it will be up again, just as it was, after approximately 8 AM, Amsterdam time. on the 6th of January when SIDN recognizes its new suffragan and propagates the information. I plan to initiate action only if my interests under the above are compromised. I truly have no other unilateral issues."

This David D'Amato is incredibly arrogant in his demands and statements about thinking that he should be able to keep TickleFilms.net. After a brief period after my failure to comply with his demands, a barrage of phone calls received by approximately 35-50 people occurred advertising the illegal Cheyne White website that he had recently put online. This single act of cyber-terrorism wave of voice blaster phone calls is what gave birth to the collective of people now known as The Alliance.

Now, as you readers are starting to turn up the heat and spreading the word of the truth regarding David D'Amato and his business of harassing and cyber-terrorizing people who refuse to follow his game plan, he is starting to really get worried. He is doing everything that he can in order to get the domain TicklishGuysCasting.net cancelled. Isn't is really amazing that he should know that this is a perfect example of the pot calling the kettle black.

This is clearly a double standard policy. He thinks what David D'Amato wants, David D'Amato should get. Even if he has pulled the same thing himself. He thinks he should be able to get away with it as he hides in the shadows. Look at what David D'Amato wrote, in one of his many personalities to the domain service trying to get it cancelled, then read their clear and intelligent reply.

You will notice that the creature is actually trying to use copyright and trademark laws. They do not apply, but it is amazing that, he who is so opposed to them and tries to openly circumvent them, actually tries to invoke their protections. Just another double standard it appears.

First, the rant of D'Amato...

(the addresses of friendly parties are omitted to help them to not be harvested by spambots... D'Amato addresses, I could not care less)

From: B. van Oraenjie-Nassouwe [mailto:admin@nederdietsen.com]
Sent: Thursday, April 06, 2006 12:40 AM
To: trademarkclaims@[OMITTED]
Cc: legal@ticklishguyscasting.com
Subject: Trademark Claims: Violation of Trademark/Copyright by
TICKLISHGUYSCASTING.NET

Dear Trademark Claims Administrator (xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.COM)

This e-mail is to officially inform you of my claim of copyright and
trademark infringement against TICKLISHGUYSCASTING.NET, a domain registered by your company. TICKLISHGUYSCASTING.COM is just that; a casting agency for ticklish guys. TICKLISHGUYSCASTING.NET seeks to make false claims, allegations, representations, and accusations relative to the operations, personnel, and practices of TICKLISHGUYSCASTING.COM, failing to be, instead, an independent competitor seeking to engage in good-faith competition within the same area of endeavour. Summarily, TICKLISHGUYSCASTING.NET exists only to shame,
slander, and misindemnify this complainant in bad faith, contrary to its expressed wishes. You are not asked to make a judgement on the veracity of this claim; merely the bad faith and detriment that is posed obviously to TICKLISHGUYSCASTING.COM by TICKLISHGUYSCASTING.NET

As indicated by the totality of this information, TICKLISHGUYSCASTING.NET, as it presently exists on the Internet, represents a clear violation of ICANN policy and those of your company. On behalf of TICKLISHGUYSONLINE.COM, I am prepared to bring appropriate action under ICANN regulations if this complaint cannot be resolved at your level.

This is offered as a point of intention, not a statement of hostility directed against your good attention to this matter.

The investigation of this matter by xxxxxxxxxxxxx.COM and appropriate action thereafter is appreciated and anticipated.

As xxxxxxxxxx.COM exists within the United States of America, I, on behalf of TICKLISHGUYSONLINE.COM, registered in the Kingdom of the Netherlands,
request all due relief that is just and proper under American laws and policies that address this issue within the jurisdiction of the United States.

Respectfully and formally submitted.

B. van Oraenjie-Nassouwe

admin@nederdietsen.com

admin@ticklishguyscasting.com

+31.205248183
Fax: +31.205248187
Weesperzidje 44
Amsterdam, 1091 EE
Nederlands

I really found the above complaint truly laughable. First, of course the contact information is false. There is no one by that name I am sure. If I ever hear of this "officially" I would sure require a verification of identity. But then again, David D'Amato is a creature that can't stand the light of day. Reminds me of a vampire, that sucks the very blood of victims off the Internet. I sure admire Van Helsing, now that is a Netherlander I am sure to like.

Now for the intelligent reply from the domain service...

From: "TRADEMARKCLAIMS" TRADEMARKCLAIMS@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.net
To: "'B. van Oraenjie-Nassouwe'" (admin@nederdietsen.com)
Subject: RE: Trademark Claims: Violation of Trademark/Copyright by TICKLISHGUYSCASTING.NET
Date: Thu, 6 Apr 2006 12:28:13 -0700

Dear Sir,

The domain is registered with GoDaddy.com but is forwarded to the actual "Hosted site" is TICKLISHGUYSCASTING.BLOGSPOT.COM which is not hosted at
xxxxxxx.com we have no control of content on the Hosted site TICKLISHGUYSCASTING.BLOGSPOT.COM

Any disputes over the ownership or wording of the domain name itself will need to be sent either to the registrant, through an arbitration forum such as World Intellectual Property Organization (http://www.wipo.int), or the local court system. Any issues regarding the
content of the website will need to be addressed either to the owner of the site directly, or to the hosting provider.

Generally speaking, the operators of the DNS name servers and the hosting providers are the same. In this case the domain name TICKLISHGUYSCASTING.NET
is forwarding to TICKLISHGUYSCASTING.BLOGSPOT.COM

We can only process claims of trademark infringement against the content of websites that we host. ICANN, the managing body of internet domain name
registrars, specifically prohibits domain registrars from becoming involved in disputes over domain ownership in their Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy. Any disputes over the ownership or wording of the domain name itself will need to be sent either to the owner, or through an arbitration forum such as WIPO
(http://www.wipo.int), or the local court system.

Please feel free to contact us if we can provide further assistance.

Regards,

Domain Services

It still makes me laugh that David D'Amato is trying to assert the International conventions, and in other messages he asserts that the Netherlands does not care about copyrights and they are not enforced. It is sure a good thing that he is not a lawyer, and this also explains those terrible grades he got at Fordham University Law School. He tried and failed m-i-s-e-r-a-b-l-y. The legal conclusions that he makes ... I am not surprised in the slightest.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We promise to continue publishing regardless of what David D'Amato does to attempt to stop us. This publication shall focus on his cyber-stalking activities until each and every member of the Alliance is no longer being victimized by his websites, phone blastings, and other cyber-stalking activities... or he lands back in prison.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
COMING SOON!
