The article he is referencing is an article that appears on Porn Confidential alleging that David Starr has had sex with one of Jone's enemies named Damon Kruezer, a person that Jones has dubbed "The Luezer." The problem is that it does not appear to be a parody of anything, and the footage supporting it is directly provided to Porn Confidential by the Alliance's lead enemy... David D'Amato. It is clear that it was not a joke.

Which Intel are you referring to? That fact that David D'Amato was sitting on his fat ass on Pine Street in NYC accessing a computer in his daddy's offices on March 22nd before lunch? I would be a little more sure if I were you before spouting off on that. I would ask the D'Amato if he wants you to say that fact. The proof is there. My intel is incredibly accurate. I do not know about DK's so I am not prepared to comment, but he has not submitted his intel for verification.

Actually the Borg reference was a more entertaining way to say that I think you have been totally brainwashed by D'Amato. This is evidenced by you allowing models to be abused online with your help.

When a person is brainwashed, everything about their prior behavior goes right out the window. I do hope that you do actually start to think for yourself instead of D'Amato thinking your thoughts for you.

I was not attempting to mask my rage in an way, shape or form. Let it be publicly known that I have great rage that is directed at David D'Amato for all that he has done. Didn't you get any of the phone blast that your God sent out? Don't worry, in the future you surely will.

I think the readers following the story are thinking that someone is finally overtly and successfully resisting D'Amatos cyber-terrorism. There is a verified history of D'Amato engaging in various forms of harassment spanning well over the last ten years.

I did produce videos for D'Amato for the seven years you mention. That is an absolute fact, this fact also proves that I know what he does to models and people who have "fallen out of favor" with him.

Priced out of market, profitable, etc... I produced my last series for D'Amato in August/September of 2005. The profitable concept of TGO did not come into existence until well after the STARR-D'AMATO conflict began.

Joking implication that I am gay? No, I could care less about your article per se, the ONLY problem I have with it is that it is obviously a D'Amato ploy, because the source of that footage can be no one else other than Mr. David P. D'Amato. That is why I was pissed about your little article and why Porn Confidential is a part of the conflict now and shall remain as such.

Actually one does not need intel to answer this one. All you need to do is read "The Cheyne White Story" on this site. It details the abuse of one model, and you designed that site. Also, as an additional point in your rebuttal you called "Alliance meet Empire" you posted a picture of Cheyne. Now what more proof does anyone need?

I actually expect that more proof will surface... we all know that technically speaking that D'Amato is as dumb as dirt, he could never design a website - but he has informed me of a list of models that he plans to put sites up on, and who he plans to list on TGO. This was done openly without me even asking. Now when those sites come up, they are probably going to look alot like your style of design. That will be the second level of proof, you already provided the first level with Cheyne.

Actually my first reaction to your "articles" was laughter. I was on the phone with somebody and started laughing as i read it. I gave him the url so he could see.

I happen to know that you are eagerly trying to discern what "scares" or "annoys" me. I also happen to know that you have gone from serious drama ("angry citizen" trying to "protect cheyne white") to slapstick comedy (speaking trekese with the luezer and wading waste-deep into a quagmire that has nothing to do with you.

I have nothing whatsoever to do with any phone calls.

You havent jerked any covers off of anybody. You bluffed and blustered your way to a $2500 payday which didnt happen and now you are trying to aim for an easier target.

Yes, I am glad you find them humorous. I added some specific comic elements to make them more palatable, such as your friend D'Amato using the name DiSisto, and saying she was a prosecutor, and the real DiSisto is dead and has been for years, so the reference to the coffin in the court room was humor along with several other statements. I am glad you got it.

It is a serious issue regarding what you and the tickle lady are doing and the fact that "she" has turned you into a mindless Borg, totally canceling your previously known opinion of supporting the models to blatantly abusing them. There are more that the tickle lady has listed that are scheduled for abuse. I suspect you will be the designer of the unauthorized websites, thus you will be featured in more stories (as soon as you do the new sites, etc.)

I do not understand the battle between you and DK - I have no desire to wade deep into that quagmire. He, like all others, are allowed to use my articles as long as they are not misquoted. I have not seen anything misquoted. Now I freely admit I have absolutely no idea what all the other stories are about. I am not in the gay side of the business so I do not follow all the "rumors" there.

The Tickle Lady denies knowledge of the calls too. One, or both of you are lying. I have only received negative feedback from you and D'Amato. No one else has stood up blasting my articles. I am not scared, or attempting to scare you. I do have a feeling you are reacting STRONGLY with displeasure to my articles. This is evidenced by a few hundred calls to my associates and others broadcasting obscene matter thru a phone blaster that your friend David D'Amato has been know to use?

Is it you who used it for him? Or is it him who used it for you?

I guess when your articles receive rebuttals you get pissed. That's fine. As I told your friend D'Amato, I do not care about the calls - all they do is make me more determined.

Abaddon, Apollyon, Beelzebub, Belial, Satan, or Lucifer, whatever name you choose to call him... he listens when Dexx Jones speaks, as the title Father of Lies belongs to this gentleman.

In March of 2006, he authored a rather disgusting article implying that I, David Starr was having gay sex with one of his enemies, and presented some obsure footage from a shoot in Las Vegas in 2005 to support his claim. The fact is the person who he alledged that I was having gay sex with wasn't even in the clip. He was challenged to publish the entire clip, and has promised to do so but has never done so. Reason? It was never true.

I wrote a rebuttal and challenged him to place it next to the article. He declined falsely stating in a modified version of the article...

JONES: "The night of this posting, I had a long conversation with Mr. Starr, who "got the joke" and laughed along with me. In the spirit of our continuing conversations, he told me he would do me one better and send out a truly outlandish email, daring me to post it. Of course i won't and he knew it, but unfortunatly, two other people took it seriously. Both did not realize the situation and one, (the luezer) continues to brag that he is now part of Mr. Starr's "alliance"

I never did, "get the joke," as his article implied. I called him on the matter, and to his credit he amended it with the following,

JONES: "While i will not post the email he dared me to post and knew i would never post (the fucker) i will say this: he has made it abundantly clear, and just in case it isnt clear on this page- DAVID STARR IS STRAIGHT. So straight, in fact, that Tass has decided he is a filthy nasty SLUT. Anyhow, stay tuned..."

Several days after this story appeared on Porn Confidential, the site that Alliance readers jokingly call Pretend Consistently, Dexx Jones finally answered our challenge to write a letter (Alliance Newsletter, 3/17/2006) to us for publication and that unlike Porn Confidential, we would actually publish it in its entirety. Instead of writing to us directly at the Alliance, he decided to release it to another news outlet called Tommy Socks (http://www.tommysocks.com) instead. I wonder why it is not published on Porn Confidential, perhaps they have had a large drop in readership since they have been identified as a largely unreliable and extremely biased news source, but then again some sources tell us that Tommy Socks is another website in the "Dexx Jones Family of Websites."

Only you, the reader can make a conclusion of why he did not choose to release his own story through his own news outlet, but to us it is like Ted Turner going to ABC to release a story instead of running it on CNN. The only reason such a thing would happen is because CNN is in trouble and lost its credibility as a valid news source. Right Ted? uh, Dexx.

Frustrated beyond reason? I don't think so. I don't have to send him email, I know for a fact that he is a reader of the Alliance Newsletter himself. Perhaps he should get a subscription, they are free.

JONES: "He keeps talking about this alliance of misfits and society’s rejects all banding together. All of this was mildly entertaining. Watching two (over)grown men use star trek language with a straight face and claim various non-existent victories based on wholly faulty information."

Now for his next point... there he goes trying to slur you readers again. I think he does not like you guys and gals. Oh well, I am sure that you don't like him either and this is based on the numerous letters you readers have sent me telling me a wide variety of facts and thinking that Dexx is worthy of exposing. From a couple of you who wrote in telling us that Dexx Jones is a, "has been who never was," and telling us that he never really amounted to much in the adult entertainment world, sums up our general interest as well. He is probably not worthy of doing an expose' on at this time. I am addressing his rebuttal only because his Lord and Master David D'Amato is of extreme interest to us, and since Dexx gets all his thoughts from D'Amato, that Dexx is actively serving his needs ... standing up I hope, and that I found his rebuttal rather entertaining, and I do not want him to be able to truthfully say that we never published what he said. False victories? To which is he referring to?

DK and DS (thing one and thing two) Have one major thing in common: Jealousy. DK was found to be lacking and utterly without talent and/or business use and was shown the door. He was forced to endure the functional reality of this as Tass stepped in, launched Porn Confidential and created a profitable and popular site out of whole cloth. Now, as Porn Confidential is just about to be re-launched with an expanded design and overwhelming support of the industry, Damon’s personal flotilla of sites are obscure, ugly and low-trafficked. I do not even really have a comment for this paragraph because I honestly don't have enough information, nor interest in the subject matter regarding his conflict with DK, but if this DK is really not that important then why does Porn Confidential cover the story with such zeal? And by trying to incorporate yours truly into a fabricated story? They promise to provide some exciting video release that has never happened. What's up Porn Confidential with this one? I guess when you can't find the real news, you need to make some up? I know I speak the truth... and you do to.

This is placed here in this issue only to prevent us from being accused of censorship. I do admit I find the, "Thing," reference humorous. I guess we know his TV watching habits... oh, well. I watched and enjoyed them when I was 12 too.

Likewise, DS toiled in the trenches. Quietly filming a stunning array of Tickle videos for an outside producer (who paid for and scripted the lot) scraping and hustling to get enough models into the studio to satisfy an almost insatiable appetite (the tickle lady) for new models. It appears that he cut some corners, made some unauthorized promises and is now having to deal with the anger of some of those models."

The assertions made to the models that their images would not be splashed al over the Internet without their permission was in fact authorized directly by, "The Tickle Lady," in the very original spam message saying, "I am not a business, video trader, or porn solicitor." See that spam at http://thingy.apana.org.au/~fun/agsf/heads/terri/terri-spam.txt from Terri DiSisto - I guess the, "I am not a business," and in other references the Tickle Lady stated that the "vids" where for her private collection and would never be shown to anybody. That was a total lie but that was what was said. What has been proven here? That truth has its limits, but the lying is limitless. Models angry? Yes. At who? They are mad at The Tickle Lady.

DEXX: "At the same time, the tickle lady finds a way to make her videos cheaper setting up “Ticklish Guys Casting” , giving more money directly to models. This, sub-par production values and the stench of lies caused DS to be rendered obsolete. Remember- he worked for SEVEN YEARS producing these videos. If the tickle lady indeed was the monster he now claims her to be, you would think he would have discerned this by now. Instead, he decides to find his moral voice at the very moment I am about to do something he was never able to (or permitted to) do: Create a for-profit site using tickle footage. Since the formation of TicklishGuysOnline.com (which is still under construction) we have (the tickle lady and myself) filmed hundreds of brand new videos with much better production values and for much less than the “dinosaur” way that DS did it. Of course he has a “problem” with me: I only did the videos for a few months, and then moved into management and web-deployment. I don’t HAVE to sweat out dozens of unstable and fly-by-night models to get my part. I am being allowed to set up (encouraged) this website and the prospect of somebody else making a successful go out of something that was less successful under his watch has apparently caused DS to go mad."

Dexx is correct regarding not setting up a profit making website. I knew the Tickle Lady's position on the subject and respected it. Dexx probably caused the change in the Tickle Lady's position -- in one rare instance, Dexx actually fed a thought to the Tickle Lady. I guess turnabout is fair play since "she" has been doing all his thinking lately, especially his noted change of position regarding abusing models from anti-abuse directly to pro-abuse, this is exhibited even in his own public statemet as he just had to put a picture of a model that he knows does not want to be there. The only thing I know about Ticklish Guys Online (http://www.ticklishguysonline.com) for certain is that when you google it, one the very first page is a mention of the truth on what they do to models, and points them right to our choc-full-o-facts publication. Isn't search engines wonderful in their goals to provide the truth to those who use them in a quest to find facts and information? I think so.

It is actually Dexx Jones who we have to thank for the publication of the very first issue of the now successful Alliance Newsletter from that sick demented article he decided to publish on Pretend Consistently... uh, Porn Confidential. I found this one to be the most interestingly lie of the bunch. Googling "ticklish quarterback?" I don't used that name... you guys do, that name is the product of the Tickle Lady.

At what point was Dexx Jones ever asked to pay anything? The truth is he was going to offer a cut of the profits for Ticklish Guys Online (http://www.ticklishguysonline.com) if I would go away and stop publishing the truth about the Tickle Lady. He told me that he would do that under the table. I am sure that the Tickle Lady would love to hear the evidence of that one, as "she" was dead-set against anything like that. The offer of that was rejected, but the details and offer were recorded and certainly will be addressed in a special edition should it become warranted. During those 11 hours worth of talks, many interesting things were said.

He can publish what I said with no problem. Does the same opinion apply to him? Perhaps he will address that in his next article. Because at that time we sure will find out and publish it in our next rebuttal. The master file is incredibly big but relevent parts can be put online in as little as 500k. Isn't digital recording programs great? The best $$$ I ever spent. It sure helps keep accurate notes on lengthy phone calls when you are calling on a Treo 650 and don't have a pen nearby.

Since the calls were interstate, Federal Law is the governing rule. Federal Law allows the recording of conversations as long as one party consents (18 U.S.C. Sec. 2511(2)(d)) -- guess who agreed that any call could be recorded for future use? Yours truly, David Starr. Dexx should have known better, given his value of Intel, or knowledge overall. I am sure that the Tickle Lady would be able to assist him in his future legal research, especially since he positively blew this one. I guess some things just come right back to bite you in the ass.

Cheyne White? It is truly amazing that he has the balls to talk about Cheyne White. He is the one who wrote the code for the Cheyne White unauthorized website. How much more two-faced action is actually possible? I don't know, but Dexx is sure stretching it to the limits.

I will answer this one honestly, I just don't know... but Dexx helped him get there.

Using the reputation of Dexx Jones as leverage to get $2500 payout? I don't think I could get it based on just that. But he is correct, I am sure the victim's advocate, and the part he doesn't like to hear... Dexx Jones is the offender. I guess that is clear enough.

I am unsure of what information he thinks Damon Kruezer/Kent Barclay has provided relation to the size of Dexx's balls? Were they lovers at one point? The only one who can testify to the size of my balls is my doctor, and any girl who I fucked with the lights on. I will leave this one alone for you, the reader, to come up with your own conclusions because several of you know Dexx Jones and Damon Kruezer way better than I.

I understand number one. Number two is just a delusion.

Is Dexx trying to say here that an ad on his site is worth 2.5 million dollars? If I was going to spend everything to what I can afford, I would certainly put the money on advertising that would have more than the few readers he has per month, especially since I am sure the numbers are dropping rapidly as the crediblity of Porn Confidential (http://www.pornconfidential.com) sinks to an all time low as the biasedness and known falsehoods becomes more and more obvious as time goes by. Soon enough, the advertisers themselves will realize that when the number of hits tank to the bottom of the ocean, just like the price of Enron stock did.

I did go to his Porn Confidential website and looked at each ad trying to find one that offends me. I found nothing, but he is probably hoping that I care about StarrFucker (http://www.starrfucker.net) - I do not. They are a company I have actually heard of before now, they have been around a while and they are just a porn company. He probably thinks that homophobia might be related to my problem with him. Not at all. I do not have Homophobia. My problem is based on his two faced attitude towards models, and the fact that he can not see the Forest thru the trees, and finally learn that the Tickle Lady isn't a lady at all... and of course he should chop off one of those faces.
