We know that all you readers want to learn more about the Cheyne White story, but an incredible stupid, but predictable offense has taken place, so we had to put it on the back burner for a short while, but I promise further coverage... Now introducing:

STARR WARS: The Pervert Strikes Back
"The Calls of David D'Amato"

There is absolute proof to the statement, "The truth hurts," at least for David P. D'Amato... Today, D'Amato was in such pain and anguish that he felt compelled to strike out at a leading member of the Alliance. We already expected the attack of this cowardly telephonic terrorist, and we were fully prepared.

David D'Amato today, instructed his computer to generate a massive barrage of obscene natured calls that began at approximately 1100hrsPacific Time, in direct violation of Federal Law. The messages, barely understandable from poor English described a website that has many tickling related videos, and asserting that David Starr put them up. The website was contacted and the procedures for obtaining the identity of the actual offender has been detailed, and will be utilized. It continues to amaze me, that this David P. D'Amato thinks he can do whatever he wants, to anyone he wants with total impunity. He will discover that he is sadly mistaken, as he was in 2001, so shall he be in 2006. Each action that this disgusting little troll takes only serves to solidify the determination to expose this creature for who he is.

The appropriate statute that makes the phone calls a federal crime is 47 U.S.C. 223(a)(1)(c). The statute states that each offense is punishable by up to two years in prison, to use a telephone or telecommunications device to annoy, abuse, harass, or threaten any person at the called number. The statute also requires that the perpetrator not reveal his or her name. Each and every one of the calls qualifies, and many people have used the *57, which generates an automatic trace on the call, bypassing the false automatic number identification ( commonly known as "caller ID," or "ANI") entered by the offender, and trace it directly back to its point of origin. Authorities have been alerted since the last round of calls approximately one month ago, and fortunately the traps that were set were still in effect, but as irony has it they would have gone off over the weekend, at least on my Beverly Hills line, but everybody was ready. Several calls were successfully traced, the results were surprising and lots of legally admissible evidence was generated.

The unique thing about today's round is we can give you a place to focus your displeasure, right into his ears. We have verified him being present at what we think is daddy's office, it is a civil lawfirm on Pine Street in New York. This is not conjecture or a great guess, it is 100 percent verified as he was there on 22nd of March sometime before lunch, and we have a "broken camera" to prove it. We will give any reader the name, address and phone of the law firm that David D'Amato was tracked to - in order to receive it you must be a victim of the latest offense - proof of such victimization is to briefly describe the filth that was purveyed into your ears. We ask that you use the information for your own use, and the use of law enforcement, but please do not share it publicly because I have a spectacular issue coming out that will expose it, with exciting photos. Before we publicly disclose the information about the law office, in all fairness we should contact the law offices and ask for a comment, and to make sure that they are aware of what is going on to provide them with the opportunity to handle it internally. This is because I do not believe that they are involved... because in Federal Court back in 2001 at the time of sentencing, D'Amato apologized to the victims and his own parents in open court. We believe that the law firm is owned by his family and they are probably unaware of his current activities. It would be unfair to punish the innocents for the offenses of the guilty.
Congratulations to David P. D'Amato -- he soon will be able to rejoin Bubba in ajoining bunks... but Bubba will more likely spend most of his time on D'Amato. Is David a bottom, or top? This fact will be known in the near future. This time he gets to go to "Big Boy Prison..."

This creature David D'Amato tends to think that all Jews are submissive by nature, and that they will take whatever is dished out from all sources and do nothing. It is poorly mistaken, when it thinks Jews it from now on, it should think, "Mossad after Munich." I have never tolorated behavior like this and I will not start now. He seems to have forgotten about Simon Wesenthal, spending a lifetime crusade in bringing Nazi's to justice. David P. D'Amato is obviously a cyber-Nazi and wants people to fear him. I intend to expose everything that this creature has been hiding, especially the truth. I will expose it because it has made all of you have suffer under its reign. The days of David D'Amato's terrorizing you and others is coming to a rapid end. His impotancy as a man is now becoming public knowledge, more and more each day.

It is happening, the D'Amato knows it... it is really pissed, and it is certainly going to continue it's childish temper tantrum. D'Amato will be heard from all corners of the planet crying, "WAAAAAAAAA!! WAAAAAAAAAA!!!!! NO ONE FEARS ME ANYMORE!!!!" and then trying to figure out new ways to annoy people back into compliance. The D'Amato, if anything is so goddamn predictible. Rest assured, that I will be here to report to you the events, and the additional juicy fluff parts, such as the part that appears in the next paragraph about the early days of the "Tickle Lady."

As I sit here writing this article, a thought comes to my mind - it is really fascinating to watch the growth of a pervert. Several years ago, in the Buffalo, New York area back in 1998, a 15 year old student threatened to beat up David D'Amato, then a Newfane Middle School Teacher, at 7:35am at school. This brings up images for me of Mr. D'Amato running down the corridor with tears coming out of his eyes, shaking in absolute terror, exactly like the people in the school office certainly thought. I am sure that he was the secret laughing stock of the entire school district. Perhaps the 15 year old did not want to be touched and tickled for a "class project?" David D'Amato, in obvious mortal fear of his life and safety, summoned the Niagara County Sheriff's Department pleading to them to assist him in handling this little 15 year old (ticklish?) kid. David D'Amato was not taken into custody for any tickling related action, but the 15 year old was suspended from school for 5 days. I feel that this is the obviously the birthing point of the Tickle "Lady," and I expect that he knew deep inside that he was no longer a real man.
It is really amazing to learn how one grows from a ball-less coward into the great and powerful "Tickle Lady of Cyberspace." But we'll see that if and when it happens, because the "Tickle Lady" is still not great and powerful, he is still nothing but a running coward who hides behind a manufactured identity ("Terri DiSisto"), and generates prank phone calls, just like a junior high school bully.

In his female persona, Mr. David D'Amato fancies himself like (Mrs.?) Jesus Christ, who can do no wrong. Well, I guess he has done one thing Christ-like, and that is to raise the dead, since it is a known and established fact that Terri DiSisto died years ago. But somehow I don't think that is exactly what the Holy Bible actually meant. If I remember correctly, the Bible mentions a Lazarus who was really dead. I don't think Jesus went around calling himself Lazarus and pretended that he has raised the dead. If I was Terri DiSisto, and I was resurrected into a fat, ugly body that looks like David P. D'Amato - I would go and jump off the Brooklyn Bridge as quick as I could and kill myself.

FOLLOWUP COMMENTARY

A brief followup on the Cheyne White story...on Thu, 30 Mar 2006 12:55:39 -0500 ...David D'Amato continues to be defiant and says that "I do suspect that there will be a great number of additional Cheyne sites going up." This will be the test regarding Dexx Jones. The question is if Dexx will design those many sites, specifically against the will of the model, or not. We know that David D'Amato is basically too stupid to design his own sites, and always has been - so we will know if Dexx has returned to the position of honor, and refused to assist in the further victimization of Cheyne, or did he sell his soul to the Devil. The truth will be reported right here in the Alliance Newsletter.
