CHEYNE WHITE STORY, Part II

Due to the absolutely huge response we received regarding the last issue about the model Cheyne White, being abused, ripped off, and and the publication of an unauthorized website for the purposes of harassment, instead of answering the dozens of emails received on the subject, I am going to provide further information here for your education and entertainment.

We have received many request asking about the dollar amount involved, so I wrote Mr. David P. D'Amato and asked the following question "How can you have sold 125 copies of \"Ticklish Quarterback\" when we can not find any advertising for it?" I guess people wanted to at least get a look at it to see if they wanted to buy it themselves, on Fri, 17 Mar 2006 22:50:20 -0500 I received this message as a response "...on the subject of Cheyne Lowe-White, you can inform him that "The Ticklish Quarterback" DVD has already grossed (as of yesterday) $1,745.50 and that is prior to any type of advertising." If I did the math right, it makes the DVD cost $13.96 - pretty cheap for a tickling DVD, but I guess since the practice of TicklishGuysOnline, TicklishGuysCasting, and Dexx Jones of Dexx Jones Media is to just saying "F**K YOU" to the models, I guess they can actually afford to do it that cheap.

I also asked about the current status of Cheyne's request to remove that offensive site, by sending the following message on Friday, March 10, 2006 6:04 PM "As you know Cheyne wants the site down and could give a f**k about anything else. Do you plan to honor his request?" On Friday, March 10, 2006 10:27 PM, only a few hours later I received the following response, "Cheyne was told that his request will be taken under advisement. He was also told that nothing immediate is going to happen. The site has become a decent "hit feed" for another that is about to go partially "for pay." Just Google in the two words: ticklish quarterback (and/or search them on any other major search engine)." The site that is mentioned as going "for pay" is http://www.ticklishguysonline.com/ - this site is the one that is going to profit by using models footage without their permission.

On Fri, 24 Mar 2006 00:58:47 -0500 David D'Amato, in his "Therese" personality the following unqualified request: "I request that the references to the entity \"David P. D\'Amato\" begin their course of rapid disappearance. Reason? Simple. To my knowledge, that person knows absolutely nothing about any renewed connection to this sort of thing. I would prefer that to continue. Assuming, for a moment, that I am not him, if you will, his independent absence from this whole affair is to everybody\'s advantage."

Who is everybody? Does he mean all his personalities? He sure can't mean anybody else that I can think of. Well, I would strongly suggest that if the above statement is true, that someone try to reach poor David at his maildrop in Garden City, or the popular Pine Street address. Because if it is not David, he should be aware that he is being victimized by someone who has stolen his identity. We have absolutely no reason to believe that David D'Amato is a victim, he is the coward who is hiding behind a computer screen generating harassing emails and phone calls to people who don't go along with his program... or should I say "her program..." I guess it depends which personality at the moment is in control at the moment.

On Fri, 24 Mar 2006 00:50:01 -0500, I received the following appeal to end this publication's focus on David D'Amato and I quote "I am explicitly looking to end this stuff; not perpetuate it." The communication appeared sincere, and for a moment I considered it, but when David D'Amato was presented with the suggested terms of solution - which included, but not limited to the removal of the Cheyne White website, I was flatly and cleanly refused, but instead of counter offering something workable, which I asked him to do, (after a few more communications - some intelligent and others clearly not thought out) - I received the following on Thu, 23 Mar 2006 22:06:42 -0500 at my TickleFilms address, "Okay....if you wish to see it through..... a "nuclear" level engagement may be expected within 24-48 hours; nothing you've cited as "harmless" is even being considered. We're way, way beyond that. Don't be short-sighted."

Nothing happened, and I don't expect anything, but as a good boy scout I am prepared. In general, threats and statements like that only makes me more angry and pumps up the intensity. I come from a military and police family. Ever since I was a young boy, I was taught to convert fear into anger, and then face the source of that anger head on and resolve it. I have become quite good at it, this is evidenced by the many letters I have received from you readers who are sending a great amount of supportive messages, and sometimes a bit of useful information. I am grateful for those letters, keep 'em coming. The tidbits of information are great, especially the guy who wants to sit on Pine Street all day to get the picture (don't worry Steve, we already have it and will publish it soon... I promise!)

WHATS THE FUTURE OF THE ALLIANCE? WHEN WILL THE TAKEDOWN BE?

I have been asked these questions several times, so here is the initial gameplan... The media last time (2001) did not dig deep enough and expose enough to keep it as a headline issue in the right arena. They did their bit, ran their \"tickling\" stories and then moved on. CyberAngels also faded away after a while. I am going to dig, dig and more dig. I have some fascinating data to keep readers interested for weeks on end, just by giving it little by little. I have only touched on the tip of what is going to be told... I am publishing a photo (taken in public already), I am scheduling a few issues, some of which are listed below...

"The Pine Street Connection" this will be a sizzling issue, all based on some absolutely fantastic data we just got a couple of weeks ago, headlining in a future issue as soon as more data on the family relationship becomes available - we are already absolutely certain that one exist but we need a clarifying label - \"daddy\", \"uncle\", etc.).

"The Truth of Fordham" which will expose who REALLY graduated from there and explain why D'Amato chose that particular law school to say he graduated from.

"Family Money for Tickling... Does George of the (Concrete) Jungle know?" This will expose the source of the funds for the tickling. We don't think the source even knows he's the source, so we will probably contact him first for comment.

-- plus a few other choice headlines. There is enough material for about 15 issues and about 5 will be sizzling and current, and that isn't even touching on the ADA thing because I want a bit more on that because that one is the big grande finale... with netcasting and archiving of the footage online for all to view in the years to come.

It does seems like the word of the Alliance is making trails all over cyberspace, as we are getting a couple of letters a day and they are all positive, but I feel that we should hear from David D'Amato himself, indeed since he is the focus of the Alliance's goal. On Tuesday, March 21, 2006 2:40 PM, I received the following unsoliciated, but welcome message, "I do not wish to hear about any "alliance," etc. You are you. I am, I. Regardless of who you wish to believe that to be, and/or act/not accordingly, you are demonstrating both associations and behavior so repulsive that it makes communication pointless. Stop being so pompous and oh-so-verbose. What are you actually attempting to accomplish amidst such a sordid cast of (known) characters? If a simple answer to this question can be articulated, you are welcome to do so."

It seems like he does not like the members of the Alliance, or the readers of this newsletter in general, he thinks you are all "sordid" characters. It is clear that he has absolutely no idea who is reading this newsletter, so I will enlighten him in general - there are several models, business people, a couple of adult studio executives have taken an interest, some talent agents who probably want to make sure their talent doesn't get ripped off, quite a large number of curious lurkers whom I don't really know anything about, a few adult webmasters in the gay and straight world, and perhaps a few actual "sordid" characters... but all I know is there is 121 of you, and only one David P. D'Amato.

Verbose? Of course I am verbose, I like telling the whole story in great detail, and with extreme accuracy. But to some people a single word "gotcha!" could be a little too verbose for comfort. I have a feeling that the heat is starting to crank its way up with issue of this newsletter.

Repulsive? I guess the truth must be repulsive, it is clear that this is a truthful statement, at least according to David D'Amato, or should I say "Therese," or use the original classic name "Terri DiSisto." I wonder what it is like to be living a lie, pretending to be a woman, harassing people at will and all of the sudden harassing the wrong guy? I have never had that happen, basically because my entire life can be put on the 6 o'clock news and I will stand proud, so I can't really relate. I wonder if David D'Amato will grant me an interview to answer this question... I doubt it, but I will formalize the offer... --- ATTENTION DAVID P. Although David D'Amato has declined several opportunities to come forward, we have this tidbit from the archives that will help explain why he thinks he can run a Cheyne White site, and sell DVDs with impunity. This is from Sunday, November 06, 2005 7:03 PM... "As you know, I have historically avoided/discouraged/"refused to honor" any claims of agency, proprietary claims, and contracts of any kind relative to Internet tickling transcations. There are several reasons that I have operated this way. One, the aforementioned are just beyond the scope of any kind of enforcement. I would direct you, for example to a bizarre and very disturbing website called XXXXXXXXXXX.nl . I happen to know that the object of the parody, one XXXXX XXXXXX, is "uniquely featured" on that website by way of master copy video footage that was actually stolen from his very residence, transferred to entities within the Netherlands, and is now displayed for the world to see regardless of the "aggrieved's" displeasure. You'll note that there is no USC 18 2257 disclaimer, either (and it took me a while to notice that). Why (not)? Because American "laws" governing the availability of obscenity are unenforcable, regardless of what the featured individual wishes, claims, or legally asserts. The website is hosted on a dedicated server called BetsyMogul.nederdietsen.com which physically is located in the Netherlands and connected to the Internet by a Netherlands ISP. Even if this David Forest had $1,000,000,000.00 at his disposal, his plaintiffship would be dismissed as jurisdiction governing the claim would be in the Netherlands, which does not acknowledge anybody's copyright claims whatsoever. Sitting in his Los Angeles condo, there is simply not a damn thing he can do about it.

I clearly understand his stated position, but there is one part I can't figure out - he said, "and it took me a while to notice that" about the 18 USC 2257 diclaimer. How could he not see that when it is his own disgusting slanderous site (out of respect for the victim, I omitted the name & URL, but there were no other alterations). Fortunately for the truth, the "legal commentary" made in this message is a total fabrication. The Netherlands does honor copyrights, this is according to the US Copyright office in Washington, DC. Now who is more believable, a freak who pretends to be a girl to gets guys to submit to tickling, or the US Government? Hard question, huh? We all know the answer.

I would like to thank you for reading another release that Porn Confidential and Dexx Jones wouldn't dare publish... thus taking Porn Confidential's news credibility further into the toilet. Nice site, nice layout, publishes lies. A very good description of Porn Confidential. Perhaps it should be be renamed "Pretend Consistently." This is best addressed in the last message received from Dexx on Fri, 10 Mar 2006 23:45:59 -0500 which says, "The very moment you called me a puppet, our dialogue was over. Do not send me any more email. I am not hiding, scared, obtuse or running. Just bored with the entire subject and have more important things to do with my time." I will answer this one publicly since he does not want to read the reply privately.

Puppet? Dexx, you could prove instantly that you are not a puppet by returning to your well known position of not wanting to rip off models, and/or publish their pictures on your TicklishGuysOnline website without permission, and you have the power to destroy the Cheyne White website - we all know you wrote it, your style (which is very nice by the way) is certainly unique, and all three sites share the same flavor of uniqueness.

Hiding, scared, obtuse or running? I will say you are not obtuse.

But are you...

Running? You used to have an opinion which was known, and that was to be an ally of the models, and you wouldn't do anything to hurt them, but now your opinion has became D'Amato's. Running? From the truth perhaps.

Scared? Maybe. You were sure scared to publish my rebuttal to your slanderous article inplying that I was having gay sex with one of your enemies.

Hiding? Come on out! I have given you an open forum to say any rebuttal, and unlike you and Porn Confidential --- I will actually publish what you have to say.

Bored? Not too likely, you are more likely to wish it would all go away. You can help it go away, at least as far are you personally are concerned, that would be achieved by returning to your stated position of honor regarding models.

More important things to do with your time? Yeap, probably. Time to go get a thought infusion from Dr. D'Amato. What's it like to be a Borg?

But in all honesty, I liked Dexx, but I have heard many negative things at this point - and no, the source is not "DK." There are many, but the one we will probably feature in an upcoming article is a former business associate of yours, his name is Tyler Roberts who describes you as a "backstabber that thinks he's going to take over other businesses and he is working with the tickle people... has been for over a year by his own admission." Wow! What an issue that will make.... but it will never make it to the presses if Dexx distances himself from, "the tickle people," AKA the David D'Amato, who called himself a girl named Tracey, or Terri DiSisto. Schizophrenia? Maybe, but far more likely D'Amato is just a run of the mill liar, who is having his covers jerked.
I wish Dexx would understand that as long as that site stays up, the interest in the story about TGO/TGC abusing models will stay alive... the search engines will see to that.
