Welcome to another informational release that PornConfidential and Dexx Jones will not publish. Welcome to the truth about TicklishGuysCasting.com and TicklishGuysOnline.com, and the changing morality of Dexx Jones at the prompting of David P. D'Amato.

Over the last several months TicklishGuysCasting and TicklishGuyOnline, through their owner David P. D'Amato have publicly stated that they will steal footage and put up footage that the model expressly does not want to appear... and also sell it at will without compensation to the models whatsoever. These allegations are clearly proven by the following excerpts of emails received from David P. D'Amato addressing the subjects. The emails are direct quotations, none are edited for content, and all the originals are available with headers for any interested party to view.

This is the story of one model's fucking, right up the ass without Vasaline - there are many such stories that will be published in the future in this continuing series.

To open our story, this very special piece was sent on Saturday, January 07, 2006 12:55 AM to David Starr at TickleFilms from David P. D'Amato. This is only a sample of what they will do once a model has decided that they do not want to be abused and ripped off anymore - they will harass the model's friends, schoolmates and family.
"you should know that The Cheyne White Collection on Ticklish Guys Casting is being "introduced" to alumni and present undergrads at Cheyne's former HS and present college. He needs "higher ratings" among the viewing faithful."

This particular pattern of abuse is well established as one of David P. D'Amato's favorites, this type of activity has repeatedly occured from 2001 until present day. One very famous example of this exact type of conduct can be found by reading http://www.antonnews.com/threevillagetimes/2001/04/13/news/ which says in part, "If you said the wrong thing during a conversation, he would get upset and then say he was going to return the videos to your high school, courtesy of your assistant principal." There is no mystery why he would say assistant principal, this is because before he became a federal convict directly because of tickling incidents with the 17-year old who said the above quote. This is no mystery because D'Amato was an assistant principal himself, and a guidance counselor. Would you want this Fat Fuck D'Amato giving advice to any of your children, or your friend's kids? I think not.

All the fun doesn't stop with this, now D'Amato decides to pirate anything and everything he could get his filthy hands on, as evidenced in the below harassment letter received by David Starr on Mon, 9 Jan 2006 17:50:57 -0500 about TickleFilm's (authorized) productions of Cheyne...
"Succinct notification: Any footage of Cheyne Lowe-White that is "resold" to a tickling video or online video clip "fetish provider" will come to the immediate attention of **this** entity. It will be promptly reproduced and made available for free to the global community from a Netherlands webserver, owned by a Netherlands national, using Internet connectivity provided in and from the Netherlands, and, of course, governed by Netherlands Law relative to honouring "claimed" foreign copyrights. It will also be available for sale via DVD/VHS from a Netherlands entity to any party that requests "personalized reproduction." It will not be a profitable endeavour, but you re welcome to test this assertion."
Cheyne attempted in a friendly manner, to have David P. D'Amato remove his images from the Ticklish Guys Online website, and this is the response that was received Cheyne on Fri, 10 Mar 2006 23:12:53 -0500 from David P. D'Amato in one of his personalities known as "Tracy."
"I will address the issue of http://www.cheynewhite.com/ just as soon as the first month or two of "The Ticklish Quarterback" DVD sales are completed. That site is needed in order to facilitate that purpose."

I think that D'Amato has some serious mental health issues... The acts of being many different people and actually believing it (as he does) indicates a serious and dangerous condition known as "Multiple Personality Disorder." This is a direct paraphrase from the DSM-IV, the diagnostic manual used by mental health professionals.

This little gem is from David P. D'Amato to David Starr and Cheyne sent on Sat, 11 Mar 2006 16:48:22 -0500 saying that his DVD has sold copies, even though they do not have a model release or his blessings. This was sent as a response to Cheyne after he requested that they take down the site advertising him.

"Thanks for the e-mail and expressing your wishes. The Cheyne White DVD already has over 125 buyers and it hasn't even been marketed. It can't be distributed yet as some quality issues are being worked out. It can't be that big a deal. "The Ticklish Quarterback" series is becoming pretty damn popular, especially in Cali! The site has been online for months now and the early footage much longer than that."
This stalker-special was received by David Starr of TickleFilms on Wed, 4 Jan 2006 20:54:26 -0500 shortly after D'Amato sent a copy of David Starr's partial credit report, and the record of a "fix it" ticket issued in Southern California along with a copy of his cell phone bill, complete with called numbers to parties unknown. This was done in order to cause each number to ring with several harassing calls hourly in the wee hours of the morning for two days, each call was advertising the unauthorized Cheyne website. The information was sent to David Starr and others unknown, right after David Starr demanded that footage be removed from TicklishGuysOnline.com and TicklishGuysCasting.com of all TickleFilms models that did not want to be personally involved with the federal convict David P. D'Amato... and the hundreds of calls started.
"I have told you that I am an attorney, which is true. I graduated from law school in May 2004 and was admitted to the New York Bar in August 2004. I have been employed as an assistant district attorney within a county of New York State for a little more than a year. This gives me .... certain advantages.... relative to the retrieval of personal information when I find that my interests are compromised. D.A.N.Y. is an abbreviation for the collective of the offices of elected New York State District Attorneys," and as a supporting quote said on March 10, 2006 at 5:23 PM, in a message to David Starr regarding Cheyne's request, "People who "fear" me will have to experience the limitations that said fear imposes on them."

Oh, I forgot to mention -- one of his personalities is a District Attorney for New York City and the above paragraph is written by that personality, its the one named "Terri DiSisto," and as a sideline fact there was a Terri DiSisto -- she's long dead, but that doesn't stop her from prosecuting offenders in New York. Imagine, a court room with a corpse as a prosecutor... no wonder crime is such a big problem in New York, especially with all the 'life-challenged' people prosecuting criminal cases. I am ok with affirmative action, but isn't this taking it a bit too far? I would suggest that D.A.N.Y. actually hire from the living, I have a feeling that the coffin sitting on the state's table is disquieting to the members of the juries, but then again when D.A.N.Y. is asked for a comment regarding an employee named Terri DiSisto and look at the male picture, they say "Huh? Who is that? We don't have a Terri DiSisto here... and no one who looks like that..." Perhaps when we share the more current picture, they might know him then, but if they don't I am sure the US Attorney's office is Boston will say "Oh, Yes, that is David P. D'Amato, we prosecuted him back in 2001, is he back at it again?" We will say "yes," and begin to tell them the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth... I guess he should have not chosen a prosecutor as one of his personalities, a good defense lawyer would be far more useful, perhaps someone like Ben Matlock or Perry Mason would be more fulfilling to his needs. I think that both Ben and Perry used the insanity defense at times.

This information release has been held up since March 10, 2006 until today to allow Dexx Jones and Porn Confidential a fair chance to distance themselves from selling DVDs against Cheyne's wishes, but it appears that Dexx is taking the stance of D'Amato on this one, thru a quote given on March 10, 2006 at 8:42 PM in an email obviously directed to David P. D'Amato but openly cc'ed to me. That message said, in part "I cannot bear it. what is he trying to say here? If he thinks I am gonna jump in because he says "oggedy boogedy" he is out of his fucking mind. Civil matters? Don't care..." This statement was said even though Dexx's opinion (prior to a new one being fed to him by D'Amato) was very strong AGAINST posting/selling material against the model's will.

I will also like to point out that the Cheyne White website is clearly designed by Dexx Jones Media, the similiar layout is remarkable. If it is not a product of Dexx Jones Media, then someone has stolen his format. Dexx was afforded six days to respond to the opportunity extended to him to reassert his manhood regarding the dealings with models by his personal friend (who he himself has never talked to by voice or seen), the well known federal convict (B.O.P. # 23793-038) David P. D'Amato. I guess they haven't talked directly because it would be hard for D'Amato to sound like a female on the phone, but it would not surprise me if he was someone's prison bitch. I wonder if he left bite marks in the pillow of his cell in federal prison after Bubba Butfuc left? He should have known that those pillows are property of the federal government and not to be abused, even for sex. I bet he sure wished he had a virgina... it wouldn't have hurt so much... I bet he was thinking "Ouch! Careful with that big, beautiful, black, hard, juicy, 11 inch cock..." God, I bet that brings back memories for David P. D'Amato.

In all fairness, if Dexx Jones, Porn Confidential, Ticklish Guys Online, Ticklish Guys Casting or David P. D'Amato himself (or any of his many personalities) wishes to file a response, unlike Porn Confidential, we will distribute that response unedited to all members of this list, and publish it on the Alliance's BlogSpot as well. We do not expect a response from any of them, but one is welcome and encouraged.

It is clear the Porn Confidential, TicklishGuysOnline, and TicklishGuysCasting have a certain fuck you attitude towards the rights of models and others. Those rights are disregarded when they don't agree with the goals of the real power behind the screen. I guess it is easier to mouth off about one's principals rather than to live up to them. I guess principals to the likes of David P. D'Amato are as useful as a nuclear-powered computer-controlled intercontinental ballistic duck.

Perhaps Dexx should remember that a pat on the back is only a few inches from a kick in the ass.
