The entire letter, and this news story is an excellent exercise in propaganda for the D'Amato side. But the central fact which did not seem to come across is, that I could care less, and I am filing this rebuttal with your publication as an intellectual exercise and to see who it shakes out of the trees and to test the courage of certain people.<BR/> <BR/>There is already an alliance formed of many people who have been provably wronged by David P. D'Amato (operating under a female persona "Terri DiSisto" and "Therese"/"Tracy" of TicklishGuysCasting.com), each of them with their own grievence ranging from harrassing phones calls, theft and one even was threatened to produce a video "or else I will..." and this is from a person who is claiming to be a New York City District Attorney, and to top that off - he has a New York City Police Badge that would fool a real cop unless it was called for verification.<BR/> <BR/>The footage presented by your electronic tabloid is from a shoot in Las Vegas, Nevada, with me speaking comments to the camera. All personnel at that shoot were identified by government issued documents, and some personally known to me, and none were "Damon Kruezer." This footage was provided to your publication by David P. D'Amato, you only use excerpts because you are hoping that your viewers are stupid enough to think that there is more that is not shown. I challenge you to put the entire reel up and you, and the truth of the footage will be obvious. Do not forget to put up the audio as well.<BR/> <BR/>The fact that "Damon Kruezer" is a member of the Alliance Against D'Amato ("AAD") is so absurd that I can not prevent myself from laughing as I am typing this rebuttal. Damon would be of no use to us, he can not provide any information on D'Amato that we do not already have - as the information we have is already complete, verified, and with photos, and soon to be published for the consideration of all in the tickling and porn world (excluding publishing the home address for legal reasons only). Damon has never been contacted by me, any Alliance agent or any TickleFilms employee, nor are we interested in reaching him. He is not an participant in the AAD, nor do we solicit his membership at this time. About two weeks ago we sent out a message inviting "Damon" to contact us - but the thing is, this message was transmitted to only one person - Dexx Jones. The address that appeared with "Damon Kruezer" was a false Yahoo! address that bounced back to us. This was written for a very specific purpose as an Alliance propaganda test, and to provoke stories and actions such as this story. Dexx Jones and Porn Confidential are known and verified as admitted allies of David P. D'Amato, but Dexx still insist on calling him "Therese," even though he himself can not personally confirm that the individual he knows as "Therese" is even a female at all. I guess if I was in Dexx's position, I would call D'Amato by his bitch name "Therese" also.<BR/> <BR/>Now admittedly this Damon Kruezer fiction could have been started by D'Amato, not Dexx Jones because the footage in this story was delivered to D'Amato first,<BR/>a fact we know to be absolutely correct. We only believe the footage has been given to Dexx Jones for the purposes of putting it on TicklishGuysOnline.com, a website which D'Amato (in the "Therese" persona) has openly admitted to putting up film produced by me, and when I requested that they take it down I was blantantly refused and given some rambling statement about Netherlands law and summarily told to go fuck myself. This is actually how this whole thing, including the formation of the "Alliance" (which is 72 member strong) began.<BR/> <BR/>Now to address a few additional statements made in this story, I am absolutely straight, I have fucked well over 100 women.
